JAGUAA VIDEO ON LULUTV.COM

JAGUAA: JUNGLE GIRL OF THE NEW WORLD is a new character who's getting her own magazine in 2008 (as if I don't already have enough to do with all my other projects!), but rather insistent have the images and stories been coming to my minds-eye lately that I have been left with little choice but to document her world.

I created a short movie documenting the 24 step evolution of an artwork featuring her first appearance in my mind, then I put it onto paper...then uploaded it onto 2 internet video file sharing services--YouTube and LuluTv.

Interesting thing happened. I put it on YouTube Aug 31 and, as of this writing 14 days later, the video has been viewed only 124 times.

I uploaded the same video onto LuluTv Sept 3 and now 11 days later the video has been viewed a staggering 1403 times, an average of 127 times per day.

(BLOGGER WON'T LET ME EMBED THE VIDEO, SO CLICK HERE TO VIEW IT AT LULUTV.COM)

But it just shows you that going with the Big sites like YouTube is not necessarily the BEST way of distributing your visions in this highly competetive Internet age. Check out Lulu... it's got some legs.
